RETURNS

We want you to feel confident in your purchase of Solix.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns will not be accepted for:

· Opened or used products

· Products returned without original packaging

· Items marked as final sale

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS

If your Solix order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When reaching out, include:

· Your order number

· Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Solix is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to place a new order, please complete your return (if eligible) and proceed with a new purchase.
